Welcome to the 2nd Annual Fronhofer Tool Triathlon at Lake Lauderdale !

Bring the whole family along! There is a beach and a wonderful park to explore. We will be providing free craft activities for the children. We will also be offering lunch in the pavilion at a cost of $10.00 for adults and $6.00 for children.

We are very excited to announce that this year, in lieu of medals, each participant will receive a brand new copy of Total Heart Rate Training by Joe Friel! Thank You to Polar for donating these books and supporting us in our continuous effort to promote literacy.

List Price $15.95

Also new this year, we will have hats($20) and visors($18) available for purchase. Hats may purchased on Active or on race day.

Check out our Raffle Info page!! Anyone may purchase a raffle ticket! Athletes, spectators, & volunteers are all welcome to participate. You only need to be present to win. We have a large supply of incredible prizes to raffle off on the day of the race. Each participant will receive one ticket in their registration packet, and there will be plenty of chances to purchase more on the day of the race to increase your odds of winning one or more of these great prizes. Again all the money raised from the raffle will benefit B.O.O.K.S. and Books in Kids Hands.
